Please print out the forms on the right and follow the instructions carefully.  Once your paperwork is complete, call  Tyler when you are ready to submit your application. We are ready to hire so the quicker you respond the better chance you have.   We offer competitive wages and opportunity for growth.   We require all our employees to be "drug free."  A pre-employment drug test is required as part of the application process.  

 

STEP 1:  Go to American Mobile Drug Testing and ask for a “Pre-employment Drug Test for Northwest Concrete and Landscape. The fee for this test is $30, which will you pay at the time of testing. If the test comes back “negative” we will reimburse you for the test.  No appointment is necessary – just walk in. Be sure to have proper identification with you. Their hours of operation are from 8 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday. The latest time to arrive for testing is 4:45 pm.

STEP 2:  After you have had your drug test, return your completed Application Packet to Northwest Concrete and Landscape.

 

  Application Packets must be complete with the following items:

• Completed Application – Complete all fields. Answer with a N/A if the question does not apply to you. Be sure to sign your application.

• On a separate sheet of paper include at least two work related references with phone numbers so we can verify.

• Bring a photo copy of your valid driver’s license or ID card and a copy of your social security card.  Bring originals too!

• Driving Record from the DOL UNLESS the position does not require you to operate one of our company vehicles. If you are unsure, please ask us.  The cost is around $10 to $15.  If driving record is required, you can go directly to the DOL office in your area and state or you can go to the DOL website for your state and order it online. Washington state and Idaho DOL are listed below.

 

 

 

STEP 3:  Once Northwest Concrete has reviewed your application and your drug test has been cleared, you will receive a phone call to set up a time for an interview.
